My name is Jeff Slaughter and for 14 years, my family and I lived in Brussels, Belgium – also known as ‘The Chocolate Capital of the World’.  While living there, I became fascinated with fine chocolate and earned my professional chocolatier certification.

We now base in the United States where I run a seasonal chocolate business and share my interest in fine chocolate through live workshops and online courses. I enjoy teaching others how to work with fine chocolate and to appreciate some of the history, geography, science, math and vocabulary related to this fascinating topic.

Our ‘Chocolate School for Kids Online’ is great for:

  • Children who love to cook and bake!
  • Families to enjoy learning and making together
  • And homeschool families seeking a creative ‘out of the box’ course that teaches a new skill.
